Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the sale between the company identified above and the user placing an order as a consumer.

Prices are shown in euros with VAT included and do not cover shipping, which is shown before the order is confirmed.

Product pages reproduce the dimensions, materials and finishes supplied by the manufacturer. We do not warrant characteristics that are not expressly stated there.

The order is formed when you complete the purchase process and receive the confirmation. You can review and change the contents of the cart before confirming.

Card payments are handled through our bank’s gateway. Until that gateway is live, orders are completed by email.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after the order is confirmed, we will tell you and you can choose to wait, to swap it, or to cancel for a full refund.

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under EU consumer law.

You can exercise it directly through the online withdrawal function on this site, as required by Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by the consumer rules applicable to consumer sales in the European Union.

We offer no additional commercial warranty unless it is expressly stated in writing.

The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025, its regulation having been repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so there is no longer a platform to link to.
