Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping zones, cost and time are set out on the shipping page and before you confirm the order.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price in the catalogue is shown in euros with VAT included. Shipping is calculated separately, before you confirm the order.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without having to give a reason, under EU consumer law. The procedure is set out on the returns page.
How do I choose a ring size?
The EU size is the inner circumference in millimetres. Each ring page has a guide with the diameter of every size, so you can compare it with a ring you already wear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We're finishing the setup for card payments through our bank's gateway. Until it's live, write to us and we'll complete the order by email.
What are the pieces made of?
Each page states the metal, fineness and stone. Cubic zirconia is synthetic and is not presented as natural stone.
